Taking Care of Each Other in Rural America:
Join us for a grief support gathering focused on connection, understanding, and hope. Participants will hear from a guest speaker, connect with others who understand loss, and share a meal together in a welcoming, supportive setting. You are not alone—community matters. Open to all who are grieving.

Feb. 5 – Good Grief
Kathy Schindler, LCSW, LIMHP, explores what grief is—and what you can do with it.

May 7 – Transitions & Role Changes
Join Morgan Fangman, LIMHP for a discussion on navigating grief, transitions, and changing roles after loss.

Aug. 6 – Understanding Grief
Sharon Lotz, LIMHP, discusses grief in all its forms and healthy ways to navigate it.

Nov. 5 – Coping with the Holidays
Lisa Glissman-Mayner, CSW and Caitlyn Nelson, LCSW, share ways to navigate the holidays, honor and remember loved ones, and address feelings of guilt that often arise while finding permission to experience moments of joy.
