ALBION, Nebraska (April 24, 2024) – The leadership at Boone County Health Center (BCHC) is delighted to announce the outstanding results of the recent state inspection conducted at our facility. CEO, Caleb Poore extends his deepest gratitude and appreciation to the BCHC team for their exceptional performance, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

During the routine visit, BCHC received high praise from state inspectors for maintaining a flawless record with zero deficiencies for the second inspection in a row, with the last inspection being in 2020. The state commended the team’s exceptional patient care, efficient processes, and unwavering adherence to high-quality standards. Notably, BCHC’s staff was recognized for their diligence in upholding a clean and safe environment while consistently attending to patient needs across multiple departments.

In their commendation, the state emphasized the pivotal role of the BCHC staff, acknowledging that the hospital’s consistent success, including being named one of the top 20 critical access hospitals in the nation for three consecutive years, is a testament to the team’s genuine care and dedication to patients.

Highlighting BCHC’s track record, the state noted that it has been over a decade since the facility received a patient care complaint, with the only complaint in 2013 being found unsubstantiated upon investigation, further underscoring the hospital’s commitment to excellence.
