Health Center Celebrates New Life with Special Birth Tune
By: Aprill Murphy
ALBION, Nebraska (October 2, 2024) – Boone County Health Center (BCHC) is excited to announce a heartwarming new tradition. If you hear the gentle tune of “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” during your visit, it means a baby has just been born at our hospital! This special melody will play throughout the Health Center to celebrate new life, sparking joy and brightening the spirits of patients, staff, and visitors alike.
The unique rendition of “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” was exclusively composed for BCHC by Elliott Ward-Bowen. The piece, performed digitally using a glockenspiel and mark tree (chimes), brings a soothing and uplifting presence to the hospital. Elliott has personal ties to our community—his wife, Kyla, was raised in Albion, and they have family in the area, including the Kaup and Schrad families.
Next time you’re at Boone County Health Center and hear this beautiful melody, you’ll know the joyous reason behind it—a new life has arrived.
