Biography

Dr. Kelley is a board-certified ophthalmologist and surgeon, specializing in cornea disease and surgery, refractive surgery, and cataract surgery. He also consults and treats patients with Macular Degeneration, Diabetes, and Glaucoma. Co-management with the patients’ optometrist may be arranged at other locations across Nebraska for the convenience of the patient. Dr. Kelley prides himself on providing his patients with the latest technology and treatment options for their eye care with a personalized approach to meet each person’s individual needs.

He served with honor in the US Military for over 20 years, acting as Chief of Ophthalmology at multiple air force bases and military hospitals and receiving numerous awards throughout his time in the force. After retirement, he also was an Associate Professor before returning to practicing ophthalmology.

Dr. Kelley is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Association of Research in Vision and Ophthalmology. He resides in Columbus and enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, and sporting activities.
