Boone County Health Center in Albion, Nebraska, has been a trusted healthcare provider for over 75 years, serving 12,000 rural residents across Boone, Antelope, Greeley, western Madison, Nance, western Platte, and Wheeler Counties. As the primary healthcare source for these communities, BCHC offers 22 private, spacious suites, a surgical center, a cardiac and physical rehabilitation center, emergency care, in-house imaging, obstetrical care, and more.

BCHC is a non-profit county hospital performing over 70,000 procedures annually, including surgeries, imaging, lab tests, wellness screenings, obstetrics, and rehabilitation services. It serves as the hub for five medical clinics in Albion, Spalding, Newman Grove, Fullerton, and Elgin.

With a dedicated team of eight family practice physicians, five physician assistants, and five nurse practitioners, BCHC employs over 350 staff members—making it the region’s largest employer. It also partners with physicians across Nebraska to provide more than 20 specialty outpatient clinics.
