Zoucha Appointed to Foundation Board

ALBION, Nebraska (February 19, 2024) – Boone County Health Center (BCHC) is delighted to announce the appointment of Will Zoucha to its Foundation Board. With a deep-rooted connection to the community and a passion for quality healthcare, Zoucha brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his new role.
A native of the region, Will Zoucha grew up on a farm west of Belgrade before relocating to Cedar, where he graduated from high school. His father, Larry Zouch, served BCHC for 19 years, culminating his career as Vice President of IT. Inspired by his family’s commitment to healthcare, Will Zoucha has been a lifelong visitor to BCHC and its clinics, experiencing firsthand the exceptional care provided to the community.
Zoucha, who has served as the Operations Manager at Applied Connective Technologies for the past 13 years, brings a rich blend of professional expertise and community insight to his new position. Married to Megan, with two young children, Zoucha understands the importance of accessible healthcare for families. Living in Fullerton and working in Albion, he values the convenience of having quality healthcare close to home, especially with young children who require regular check-ups and occasional medical attention.
Expressing his gratitude for the healthcare services available in the community, Zoucha emphasized the significance of BCHC’s clinics, particularly the one in Fullerton, which he and his family rely on for their healthcare needs. He highlighted the importance of having such facilities nearby, stating that they provide convenience and contribute to the community’s overall health and vitality.
Furthermore, Zoucha commended BCHC’s commitment to innovation, acknowledging the importance of leveraging technology, including AI, to enhance healthcare delivery and meet the population’s evolving needs. He expressed optimism about the future of healthcare and BCHC’s role in providing cutting-edge services to the community.
In addition to his professional responsibilities and community involvement, Zoucha is a devoted football fan and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, whether it’s grilling in their backyard or relaxing by the Loup River near their house.
Reflecting on his personal experience with BCHC, Zoucha shared a touching story about his son’s health journey, underscoring the invaluable support and trust he and his family have placed in BCHC’s physicians and staff.
“We haven’t had any more problems and have even got his asthma completely under control. The comfort and trust we have with all the staff at BCHC is invaluable,” said Zoucha.
