Boone County Health Center Celebrates Top National Awards with Community Tailgate Event

ALBION, Nebraska (August 28, 2024) – Boone County Health Center(BCHC) is proud to announce that we have once again been recognized as a Five-Star Hospital—marking the fifth year we have earned this prestigious designation. This recognition solidifies our position as one of the very few hospitals across the state of Nebraska to achieve such honors, and we are the only Critical Access Hospital in the state to receive this award.

In addition to our Five-Star recognition, we were also named a Top 20 Rural and Community Hospital in the Nation for the third consecutive year, an achievement we first received back in March. Being acknowledged as one of the top hospitals in the nation is a tremendous honor and speaks volumes about the dedication and commitment of our entire staff to providing top-quality care to our community.

To celebrate these significant achievements, we are excited to invite everyone to a pregame Husker tailgate event. Join us in downtown Albion at the Venue on the Fourth on September 18, 2024, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. We’ll be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs, free of charge, and drinks will be available for purchase at Highway 14 Brewing Company. This is a family-friendly event, and we encourage everyone to come out, bring your loved ones, and help us celebrate these accomplishments that reflect our ongoing commitment to excellence in healthcare.
