• If you are having trouble logging in to your Patient Portal, please contact Patient Portal On-Line Support at 1.877.621.8014. The staff at BCHC cannot reset your password.
• If you change your email address after signing up for the portal, please contact BCHC at 402.395.2191, press option 6, and ask for Patient Access. This step is necessary to ensure you continue receiving important messages through the patient portal.
• Access your patient portal on your smartphone with the HealtheLife App.
