Patient Portal Reminders
- If you are having trouble logging in to your Patient Portal, please contact Patient Portal Reset at 1.877.621.8014. The staff at BCHC can not reset your password.
- If you change your e-mail after signing up for the portal, please contact BCHC at 402.395.3247 to have them send out a new patient portal invitation. This needs to be done to ensure you get any messages that may be sent to you via the patient portal.
- Attention Smart Phone users: Access your patient portal on your smartphone with the HealtheLife App available on both iPhone’s and Droid’s.
